let the lovers be.
لا تلوم المحب لحبه
لقمة
لمسة
لذة
ذلك
الليلة
تكلمت
بلسان
اللؤلؤ
و بنفحات اللين
لذلك
لا تلوم المحب لحبه
فإنه لا ينال الحب بخيار
الحب دهشه بذهل كالخيال في الليل
كالالمآس في المنجم
لا تلوم المحب لحبه
leave them to love.
love them enough to leave them be.
let them be.

let the lovers be.
do not blame the lover for their love
a taste
a touch
the sweetness
of that night
spoke
in the tongue of
pearls
and in the breath of tenderness
this is why
you should not blame the lover for their love
for they do not beckon love by choice
Love surprised them like a shadow in the night
like the diamond in the mine
so do not blame the lover for their love.
leave them to love
love them enough to leave them be
let them be
